My fee for a 50-minute session is $150. We can discuss your payment options transparently during your 15-minute call so you can make a fully informed decision.
I am an out-of-network provider, which allows us to focus entirely on your goals without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. I can provide you with a 'Superbill' (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider to ask about 'out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.'
I offer sessions both in-person at my office located in The Woodlands and online via a secure, confidential video platform. You get the flexibility to choose the dedicated time and space that works best for you.

This 15-minute call is a zero-pressure way for us to meet, for you to share what’s going on, and for us to see if my approach is the right fit for your needs.
The first session is our deep dive. We’ll spend our time untangling your story, identifying the specific 'loops' or 'weights' you want to address, and setting a clear path for our work together.
There is no 'one size fits all' answer, but my goal is not to keep you in therapy forever. Some clients find clarity in a few months; others prefer long-term support during major life transitions. We will check in regularly to ensure you are meeting your goals.

Yes. As a Spanish-speaking therapist in Texas, I work with individuals and couples in English, Spanish, or Spanglish. Whether you are looking for virtual sessions or bilingual counseling in The Woodlands, we use whatever language lets you say exactly what’s on your mind without worrying about finding the "right" words.
I use an active, collaborative approach rooted in Marriage and Family Therapy. This means I don't just look at you as an individual; I look at the systems and relationships you are a part of. We use practical tools to break cycles and build new patterns.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, supervised by Jessica Medina, M.S., LMFT-S. This means you benefit from my dedicated focus on your case, backed by the expertise of a seasoned supervisor.
