Honoring the Connections That Shape Us

My practice is a space to explore who you were, who you are, and who you are becoming—within your relationships and within yourself.

Therapy for the transitions of life.

I work with couples, families, and individuals navigating grief because these are the seasons where our humanity is most alive. Whether you are untangling a "loop" in your marriage or carrying the weight of a loss, I help you answer the big questions:

  • How do I stay connected without losing myself?

  • How do I honor the past while building a meaningful future?

  • How do I find my voice in the middle of the noise?

An anchored space for your story.

I don’t believe in "fixing" people because I don't believe you are broken. I believe you are in a process. My approach is active, collaborative, and deeply non-judgmental.

As a bilingual therapist, I also understand that sometimes the most important parts of our story don't translate easily. Whether we are working in English, Spanish, or the "Spanglish" in between, your whole history is welcome here.
