Meet Flor
I’m here to be your teammate. While you know your story better than anyone, I bring a professional perspective to the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build a practical plan, based on your real life, to handle the heavy stuff and get you to a place where you finally feel like you have a handle on things.
Professional Training & Credentials
I earned my Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, supervised by Jessica Medina, M.S., LMFT-S. Being part of the Psychology Today network means my credentials are fully vetted, so you can feel confident in the care you’re receiving.
Bicultural & Bilingual Therapy
I know firsthand what it's like to balance different cultural expectations and bridge two worlds. You shouldn’t have to feel stuck translating your thoughts or complex cultural dynamics. Having navigated these exact pressures with bicultural individuals and Hispanic families, I know some things just don't translate. Here, speak however feels natural and let’s focus straight on moving forward.
Beyond the Office
When I’m not in the office, I’m usually at home in The Woodlands playing video games with my husband or out for a walk with my dog. I love spending time with my family, whether we’re exploring Texas state parks or just gathering to celebrate the moments that keep us grounded.
Ready to see if we’re the right team?
Let's take 15 minutes to talk about what you need and see if my approach as a bilingual counselor matches what you're looking for.
